Cruise lines require that guests under the age of 21 years must stay in the same stateroom and be accompanied by a parent, relative, or guardian 25 years or older. Some cruise lines age restrictions may vary.

Passengers are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents including visas or other kinds of documentation required if international travel is involved.

International Conferences or Cruise Planners is not responsible for unforeseen, last-minute cancellations or itinerary changes made by individual suppliers; technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind; lost or unavailable Internet connections; or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions that may limit a participant's ability to take part in this special offer.

Some prices may be a guarantee. A Guarantee refers to the cruise line's promise that the passenger will sail on a stated voyage in a specified price category or type of cabin, at an agreed rate no higher than would ordinarily apply for that voyage, which MAY result in an improvement of accommodation at no additional cost.

A Passport may be required for U.S. Citizens who travel by air and sea to and from the Caribbean, Bermuda, Central and South America, Canada and Mexico. In addition, after the implementation date, cruise vacationers who arrive at the Port to embark on a cruise without a valid Passport, will not be permitted to board the ship.
